Our Guava Pineapple Jam is another one of those flavours that take me back to those warm Caribbean days filled with the aroma of ripening fruit. This one has been a total pleasure to prepare, one of my most enchanting creations. A gift from my kitchen to yours. A true taste of a Caribbean delight. Pink guavas and Pineapple.

West Indies Pantry Guava Pineapple Jam (200g) contains:

• Organic Guava and Pineapple Juice (no sugar added, diluted)
• Cane Jam Sugar (with pectin)
• Organic apples
• Organic lemon juice

Our Guava Jam is made using organic pink fleshed guavas! These guavas fill my home with such a wonderful smell as they ripen, ready to be prepared as my pink guava jam. It tastes like heaven. Guava jam has always been a favourite of mine, so I am honoured to call this product my own and to share it with all those excited to try the extraordinary! Eat on toast, scones, crackers, with cheese! 

Our Passion Fruit Jelly is made using organic passion fruits from Spain. We support crowd farming, buying directly from farmers who supply us with wholesome produce free from animal derivatives. Our jelly is both sweet and tart just like the fruit!

West Indies Pantry Passion Fruit Jelly contains (200g):

• Organic Passion Fruit Juice  (no sugar added, diluted)
• Cane jam sugar (with pectin)
• Organic apples
• Organic Orange juice
• Organic lemon juice

Our Sorrel Jelly is made using flor de Jamaica (known also as wild hibiscus in the West Indies) which is steeped in freshly boiled water with cinnamon sticks, cloves and dried bayleaf. The water turns a deep burgundy colour. In the Caribbean this is usually enjoyed sweetened and chilled especially around Christmas time but it can be consumed throughout the year. I decided to make Sorrel Jelly using this favourite seasonal beverage because it was the perfect reminder of the Caribbean. It is both sweet and tangy, with a kiss of cinnamon. Wonderful on toast, crumpets, crackers, with cheese or in porridge! Anything you usually put jam on, you can use this jelly instead!

• Organic Sorrel Juice  (no sugar added, diluted)
• Cane jam sugar (with pectin)
• Spices (cinnamon, clove and bayleaf)
• Organic Orange juice
• Organic lemon juice

No preservatives, No gelatine. Gluten free.

When my family would visit our sister island Tobago, we stayed in a self catering residence called The Bananaquit. In the garden, there would be lots of these tiny birds (Bananaquits) flitting about eating bananas and any other fresh fruit put out for them. It was quite the sight to see and remains a part of our cherished memories. For me this tea towel brings joy.
