Our Sorrel Jelly (Great Taste Award Winner)is made using flor de Jamaica (known also as wild hibiscus in the West Indies) which is steeped in freshly boiled water with cinnamon sticks, cloves and dried bayleaf. The water turns a deep burgundy colour. In the Caribbean this is usually enjoyed sweetened and chilled especially around Christmas time but it can be consumed throughout the year. Sorrel Jelly is a perfect reminder of the Caribbean. It is both sweet and tangy, with a kiss of cinnamon. Wonderful on toast, crumpets, crackers….anything you usually put jam on, you can use this jelly instead!
West Indies Pantry Sorrel Jelly (200g) contains:
- Organic Sorrel Juice (no sugar added, diluted)
- Cane jam sugar (with pectin)
- Spices (cinnamon, clove and bayleaf)
- Organic Orange juice
- Organic lemon juice
Our Guava Pineapple Jam is another one of those flavours that take me back to those warm Caribbean days filled with the aroma of ripening fruit. This one has been a total pleasure to prepare, one of my most enchanting creations. A gift from my kitchen to yours. A true taste of a Caribbean delight. Pink guavas and Pineapple.

- Cane Jam Sugar (with pectin)
- Organic apples
- Organic lemon juice
