Our Sorrel Jelly (Great Taste Winner 2024) is plant-based, suitable for vegans and vegetarians. It’s made using flor de Jamaica (known also as wild hibiscus in the West Indies) which is steeped in freshly boiled water with cinnamon sticks, cloves and dried bayleaf. The water turns a deep burgundy colour. In the Caribbean this is usually enjoyed sweetened and chilled especially around Christmas time but it can be consumed throughout the year. Sorrel Jelly is a perfect reminder of the Caribbean. It is both sweet and tangy, with a kiss of cinnamon. Wonderful on toast, crumpets, crackers….anything you usually put jam on, you can use this jelly instead!

Organic Sorrel Juice (no sugar added, diluted)
Cane jam sugar (with pectin)
Spices (cinnamon, clove and bayleaf)
Organic Orange juice
Organic lemon juice
West Indies Pantry Guava Jam is made using organic pink fleshed guavas! These guavas fill my home with such a wonderful smell as they ripen, ready to be prepared as my pink guava jam. It tastes like heaven. Guava jam has always been a favourite of mine, so I am honoured to call this product my own and to share it with all those excited to try the extraordinary!
